- Review and analyze your existing ordinances to determine whether
they comply with state statutes
- Meet with your city/village officials to determine whether
your ordinances are meeting the needs of your municipality
- Make recommendations to cure any deficiencies
- Provide a set of ordinance books in 8 1/2" x 11"
three-ring-binder format, replacing your present code books; additional
books may be purchased at an additional cost
- Provide a free floppy disk or CD-ROM containing the revised
code in Microsoft Word
- Provide free updating services for one year following completion
of your municipal code
- After your free year, provide updating services to keep your
code books continually
If you don't need our complete revision service but
wish to subscribe to our updating service, for a modest fee we will:
- Scan your existing ordinances onto a floppy disk
- Provide three 8 1/2" x 11" three-ring binders containing
your scanned ordinances
- Provide updating services on a piecemeal basis
By utilizing this service, you will retain your unique city or village
code, with individual updates as needed. There are no generic towns
in Nebraska, so why should you have to put up with a generic code
book? One size does not fit all. Contact us
